Refund policy
We want every jar of Natives to arrive exactly as intended.
Because we sell artisan honey and beeswax products, returns are limited by nature.
That said, if something isn’t right, we’ll always look at it fairly. Returns You have 30 days from delivery to contact us about a return.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, with the jar seal intact
- It must be in original condition and packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: Food products are perishable goods and are generally non-returnable. This includes honey once opened or unsealed.
Partial refunds (where applicable)
In some cases, a partial refund may be offered, for example:
- The item shows signs of use or damage not caused by us
- The return is requested more than 30 days after delivery Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card provider.
