OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your Natives as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can taste your Blossoms and Heathlands sooner.

Natives offers free standard shipping on orders ovr £40. 

Orders below £40 are charged £2.99 as a Standard delvery.

UK SHIPPING

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of purchase. In peak periods this may be extended to 3 working days, however we always aim to despatch your product as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will then be notified of the tracking information (normally dispatched with Evri).

Please note that once the order has been submitted we are unable to amend the address or cancel the order.

All orders will be shipped from our Edinburgh warehouse.

 The 2-5 working days delivery estimate is from the moment you receive your dispatch confirmation.

"Delivery by dates" are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. While we do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control. Deliveries may take longer due to customs provisions, unexpected delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
